Andrew Oury
Andrew studied Engineering Business Finance at University College London and LSE, qualifying in 2000. In the same year he set up a record label and began work for Clareville Capital who were a new Hedge Fund at the time. In 2003, having moved on to the family business, Andrew qualified as a Chartered accountant, and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Tax advisor in 2011.
Andrew specialises in assisting UK, East Coast US, Australian, New Zealand, Singaporean, Icelandic, and Indian businesses expand and grow in the UK. He has a wide range of clients from startup to large listed entities, in industries such as media, technology, retail, lifestyle and engineering space.
He also specialises in International Tax Structuring, R&D Tax reliefs, and Video Games Tax reliefs.
Dee Dhanjal
Dharminder aka Dee Dhanjal has been working in pro-audio and media since the early noughties.
His entry into the industry was as a DJ and Presenter on local radio stations around East London where he found his passion for Broadcasting. Fast forward over the years, Dee released and remixed music on BMG, Ram Records and various independent labels alongside presenting on multiple high-profile BBC Radio stations, Soho Radio and Subtle Radio.
Dee’s also worked in commercial audio production for BBC, VH1 and most notably Activision as Senior Producer / Brand Ambassador for DJ Hero, which was BAFTA nominated for Best Use of Audio. Dee’s experiences culminated with the advent of podcasts, producing The Reggie Yates Podcast in 2018 – the perfect marriage of his audio skills and love for broadcasting which set the ball rolling for his love of podcast production.
In September 2020, Dee established PodCulture who specialise in commercial multimedia production. To date, PodCulture has worked with a diverse range of clients across the corporate, cultural and entertainment sectors.
